Most North East jobs are reached within an hour. From our base in Great Lumley (DH3 4HU) we're 5–25 minutes from most of County Durham, Tyne & Wear and into Northumberland. Long-distance transport jobs are scheduled — call us with your route and we'll quote a slot.
Recovery is £1.75 per mile, all-in, charged on the round trip (base → pickup → drop-off → base). No call-out fee. No evening/weekend surcharge as standard. Minimum charge of £40 on local jobs.

Yes — there's a WhatsApp button on every page. Especially handy on a noisy hard shoulder or when signal is weak: WhatsApp text and photos often get through when voice fails. The phone is still answered 24/7 for genuine emergencies.
If the DVLA lookup can't find your reg, or the make/model isn't in our weight database, just pick the closest vehicle class manually — it'll still give a usable indicative offer. We confirm the exact figure once we have eyes on the vehicle.
If your question isn't here, the quickest way to get an answer is to pick up the phone — we answer day and night.
